In partnership with Loracon, TGTA is in the process of redeveloping the former STL bus terminal located at Henri-Bourassa metro station in the Ahuntsic district of Montreal. This building complex consists of 209 residential condominium units.
The first two phases of the project were delivered in 2021 and 2022. Residents enjoy a high quality construction with concrete structure, indoor parking, elevators, gym, lounge and common roof terrace. Bordered on the north by Gouin Street, the project benefits from the proximity of the Parcours Gouin on the banks of the Rivière des Prairies.
