TGTA and Prével are partnering on a redevelopment project in the heart of Brossard's future downtown, the TOD Panama site. Taking advantage of a balanced mix of uses and intelligent density, the project aims to create a true urban hub, inspired by the best practices of sustainable development, animated at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. The project proposes a human-scale architecture oriented towards pedestrians and active travel, thus promoting opportunities for synergies at the basis of the creation of a new active community.
Adjacent to the future REM Panama station, this high density project includes a mix of residential, office and commercial uses, all interspersed with vast green public spaces.
In the end, this large-scale project will include more than 730 residential units of various types, approximately 200,000 feet of office space and a first floor populated with small local businesses surrounded by green plazas and terraces adjacent to the businesses.
