These two buildings, which total nearly 400,000 square feet, have been completely renovated and leased. Various companies in the creative sector, including Behaviour Interactive, Element AI, EDP, 4U2C (Cirque du soleil), Rogue Research, Mila and many others, are among the tenants. Small local businesses contribute to the life of this beautiful project. This complex has become the largest artificial intelligence hub in Canada.

Once the asset was stabilized, an investment fund based in San Francisco proceeded with the purchase of this property in 2019, which was 100% leased at the time of the sale.
