An iconic building in Montreal’s hotel landscape, the Château Champlain was purchased from CP Hotels in 1995. At that time, the hospitality industry was in a crisis but, even so, this acquisition offered a unique opportunity.
Major renovations and significant repositioning enabled the hotel to become highly profitable.
Satisfied that it had led this asset to maturity, the company sold its interests in the Château Champlain in 2005.
