In partnership with DevMcGill, TGTA completed in the summer of 2022 the construction of a five-phase real estate complex of 369 residential units on the former site of the Transcontinental company, located at 65-95 De Castelnau Street West. The project is ideally located in Villeray, one of Montreal's trendiest neighborhoods, within walking distance of Little Italy, Jarry Park, Jean-Talon Market and the Castelnau metro station.
As a continuation of the Castelnau project, the same steps were taken with stakeholders, authorities and the community.
The project also includes the renovation and conversion into condominiums of the former workshops of the Institute for Deaf and Mute.
